Product Order

Our products are currently delivered by Internet download only. Orders are typically processed automatically within 5 minutes, but could take as long as twenty four hours to complete. Once your order has been processed you will get a email with the license activation key using the email address you provided on the order form.

Additionally you will get an invoice from a 3rd party payment processing company Bluesnap Inc., USA. This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt.

Activations from our servers are closely monitored to ensure you are able to successfully access our products.

Refund Policy

We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download we generally offer no refunds.

If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not activated the product, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request.

Refund requests, if any, must be made within fifteen days of your original purchase made with credit card online payments.
